The Avolution avocados are Shepard and Hass. They start their journey on our growers’ farms around Australia. Thanks to their expertise (and key guidance when it comes to the latest horticultural insight on everything from crop management to soil fertility), they’re grown in optimal conditions – then picked at exactly the right moment.
From there, our cutting-edge supply chain approach comes into its own. We’re renowned for our ability to shorten the time it takes our avocados to travel from harvest to customer, ripening, packing and transporting them at exactly the right temperature. Our innovative use of Escavox data logging technology enables us to hold all aspects of the supply chain to account in real time.
