Antony Allen
CEO
Our CEO has worked in horticultural research, production, marketing, strategy and business development – in Australia and internationally.
Antony’s expertise spans stone fruit, citrus and tropical crops – as well as avocados, of course. He’s a qualified horticulturalist with an encyclopaedic knowledge of plant breeding.
Before joining The Avolution, he was CEO of Avocados Australia and President of the International Avocado Society.

Dan Cork
National Supply Manager
Dan is an expert in procurement, sales, operations and business development – all in the horticultural industry, of course!
His understanding of supply chains, growers’ needs and managing environments that change fast have made him a favourite with growers and business partners alike – as his track record in securing new business and maintaining sustainable relationships demonstrates.

Deepak Vasa
CFO
With experience spanning financial management and tax, Deepak is The Avolution’s resident chartered accountant.
His work across Australasia and Asia has enabled Deepak to develop a wide-ranging understanding of industry and international business.
Recommending strategies that generate bottom line improvements, Deepak is brilliant when it comes to increasing operating margins and cash flows.

Andrew McKillop
National Quality Manager
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in horticultural marketing, business and operational management, grower relations and export. He’s worked across a large range of crops, including avocados, mangoes, citrus, cucumbers and tomatoes, to name a few.
His previous experience includes national account management for the likes of Coles, Woolworths, Costco and foodservice operators. During his career, he’s developed a strong, practical understanding of compliance requirements, particularly around quality management and ethical sourcing. Andrew is also qualified to provide certified training in quality management systems for the horticultural industry.

Sam Manujith
National Sales & Category Manager
Sam’s expertise spans business development and commercial optimization.
With 24 years in sales and marketing, Sam has worked in leading dairy, beverage and fresh produce businesses and has managed major accounts including Coles, Woolworths, ALDI and Costco.
When it comes to relationship and team building, Sam is our man!

David Rocha
International Sales & Supply Manager
David focuses on meeting customer needs and building long-term relationships. He has over 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry working across categories.
David has an MBA and is a qualified an industrial engineer – he’s always keen to increase his knowledge and find practical solutions to business problems.

Steven Newman
National Sales & Category Manager
With 25 years’ foodservice industry experience, Steven has also trained as a head chef.
Working directly with growers, wholesalers, retailers and high-end restaurants, Steven’s in-depth knowledge of the fresh food industry – from paddock to the plate! – is a huge asset.
Add to that, his expertise also spans management, business & product development, sales, marketing and logistics.
