Antony leads The Avolution as CEO and co-owner. His career spanshorticultural research, production, marketing, and business development, inAustralia and internationally, across stone fruit, citrus, and tropical cropsas well as avocados. He is a qualified horticulturalist. Before joining TheAvolution, he was CEO of Avocados Australia and President of the InternationalAvocado Society.

With experience spanning financial management and tax, Deepak is The Avolution’s resident chartered accountant.

His work across Australasia and Asia has enabled Deepak to develop a wide-ranging understanding of industry and international business.

Recommending strategies that generate bottom line improvements, Deepak is brilliant when it comes to increasing operating margins and cash flows.

With 24 years in sales and marketing across leading dairy,beverage, and fresh produce businesses, Sam runs The Avolution's commercial andtrading function across domestic and export. He manages the domestic retailprogram and the export customer relationships across Asia and the Middle East.

David focuses on meeting customer needs and building long-term relationships. He has over 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry working across categories.

David has an MBA and is a qualified an industrial engineer – he’s always keen to increase his knowledge and find practical solutions to business problems.

Steven owns operational execution across The Avolution'sprograms, domestic and export. Category management, grading and specifications,logistics coordination, and system accuracy sit with him, which makes him theperson who turns a commercial commitment into fruit that arrives to standard.He came to fresh produce from the kitchen, trained as a chef, and it shows inhow he thinks about quality, from the plate backwards. Steven works across thefull chain, growers, wholesalers, retailers, and foodservice, and knows whateach end needs from the other.
